As a painter,  I am attracted to visual intensity in terms of charged colour and bold pattern. Flowers and textiles are important sources of inspiration to me. My work is often described as ‘decorative’.

Currently living and working in the Fens of south Lincolnshire, my exhibitions include John Moores, Liverpool; Ben Uri Gallery, London; Camden Arts Centre; Christies, London; The Warehouse Gallery, North London University; Usher Gallery, Lincoln.

I am also a contributer to various publications including Studio International and an art historian who has taught in America and English art schools including Hornsey College (Middlesex University).
